Meet JADE
Psychologist, Jade Marlick.
Jade is a warm and compassionate psychologist who provides evidence-based support in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment.
Jade draws on a range of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her work is collaborative and client-centred, supporting individuals to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies aligned with their values and goals.
She has a particular interest in working with individuals impacted by attachment trauma and domestic and family violence. Her experience as a crisis counsellor informs her trauma-informed approach and her ability to support clients with sensitivity, care, and an understanding of complex relational and safety dynamics.
Jade works with adults experiencing anxiety, difficulties with mood, stress, adjustment challenges, and life transitions.
Areas of interest
Jade is experienced in supporting individuals of varied backgrounds with issues relating to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, workplace issues/bullying, relationships and interpersonal issues, and domestic and family violence.

Whether it’s general anxiety, panic attacks, or specific phobias, we offer strategies to help clients to respond to their anxiety in adaptive ways to improve daily functioning.

We specialise in helping couples to improve their communication and connection. We offer structured and targeted strategies for conflict management and relationship repair.

High levels of stress can negatively affect our relationships, daily functioning, and physical health. We provide tools and techniques to help people better manage their stress and prevent burnout.
